The SCO Group (TSG), who have launched a legal campaign amounting to barratry to try to extort money from Linux™ users (so far only customers of their predecessors-in-interest, The Santa Crus Operation and Caldera) by falsely claiming copyright and patent interest in Linux™ code, and using the courts as a bludgeon against Linux™ user;
